Do you have treats for special dietary needs?

We do our best to create some recipes that accommodate a variety of dietary needs. We are keto, paleo, gluten free and vegan friendly.  We are happy to make nutless options, however we do operate in an environment with nuts. 

Do you offer sample box?

We currently don’t offer sample boxes.

 How long will my baked treats last? 

Our baked goods are baked to order without stabilizers or chemical preservatives, so for the tastiest experience, we recommend eating your goodies within a day or two of purchase. That said, most treats will keep in the refrigerator for several days.  Store cookies and cake in an airtight Tupperware at room temperature for up to 4 days. Remember, the longer items sit, the more they will dry out, but most goodies will still be pretty flavorful!


How far ahead should I place an order?

We bake all of our preorders fresh for you.  Some people like to plan ahead and get their orders in six months early, but most place their orders a week out. We can accommodate orders within 48 hours usually, but best to text us directly at 561-335-0919 if you have a cake emergency and need one quick cake or treat. 

We process and ship all orders on a first-come, first-served basis, except for customers who choose the rush order upgrade ($25). The rush order upgrade does NOT affect delivery time; it ONLY shortens the production time.

If you want faster shipping, you can choose an express shipping option (Express or Next Day Early) at checkout.

Please note that a rush fee of $25 applies to orders placed within less than five days. If you want to place an order for next-day pick-up or delivery and we can accommodate it, there will be an increased rush fee of $50 instead of $25.

Since custom orders naturally take more lead time, up farther out due to we recommend contacting something KETO at least four - six weeks prior for custom orders and at least three months in advance especially large orders.


Do you offer tastings?

We are happy to arrange a tasting for special occasion cakes; they are done in person or we can deliver a tastings box.

Refunds for perishable items

Something KETO does not offer refunds for delays caused by our shipping partners due to weather, mechanical error, strikes, natural disaster, inaccurate shipping information, mistakes on the part of our shipping partners’ employees or similar reasons.Please track your package to make sure someone is at home on the day of delivery. We are also unable to refund order based on not liking the product taste. We are a small shop and take every caution to ensure we produce fresh, quality, products.

We do not offer refunds if your package states it was delivered but is stolen. Please contact your local post office and speak up with the postal worker that delivers your daily mail.

Shipping fee is not refundable.

Food Allergens

Something KETO offers products made with WHEAT/ GLUTEN, EGGS, PEANUTS, TREE NUTS, and or MILK. While we take steps to minimize the risk of cross contamination, we cannot guarantee that any of my products are safe to consume for people with allergies to the above ingredients.


Local Pick up is every Friday from 4pm to 4:30pm. Please note that this is a firm time frame as we have a great number of orders to deliver and plan to leave at 4:30pm. If you place your pickup order by 8:00 PM on Sunday, you can collect it on the same week's Friday. In the event that we are fully booked, we will promptly notify you. However, it doesn’t hurt to ask if you need an order sooner, as we may have an opening and can try our best to accommodate you!

Local Delivery 

If you place an order for local delivery, we will promptly contact you to schedule a convenient delivery day and time. If we are unable to confirm the delivery details within a reasonable timeframe, your order may be subject to cancellation.

However, it doesn’t hurt to ask if you need an order sooner, as we may have an opening and can try our best to accommodate you!

Please ensure that someone is available at home to receive and sign for your order. Regrettably, we are unable to accept deliveries left outside the door.



We send out orders on Mondays to Wednesday only. Cut off for shipping orders is Friday night at midnight. If you place a shipping order on Saturday or Sunday, we will try to get it shipped as soon as possible but be aware that it could be pushed back to the following week depending on order volume. Note that this could result in an 8- or 9-day processing time in some situations.  Your order will be shipped to the address you provided upon check-out. Please make sure this address is correct. We print your label directly from the information you provide. We are not responsible to any damage that may occur during the transit. This includes but not limited to broken, lost or stolen packages and heat/sun damage. Do not allow your package to sit in direct heat or sunlight.

If you get to checkout and your cart says that shipping is unavailable, it could mean that you have accidently selected an item that we cannot ship.

Express Shipping - guaranteed 2-day delivery time (recommended for states such as California, Texas, Washington, etc. )

Is the delivery date guaranteed?

If you message us to request an item to arrive for a specific date, we will do our best to meet this for you, however there is NO GUARANTEE that we will be able to make this date, and we cannot be held responsible for missing a date. We wish we had more control over how quickly mail was delivered but we don't.
