Thank you for visiting and shopping at something KETO.​ Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

SHIPPING NOTE

Shipped the same day they are made via USPS Priority Mail (about 3 days delivery time after the item is made)!!  Due to USPS delays, We highly recommend choosing USPS Express Shipping.

****Once items are shipped and at the post office, they are under the responsibility of USPS. Any shipping issues must be handled within the postal service. ******

Orders are generally shipped Monday thru Thursday (especially during the summer months) to prevent sitting over the weekends. Please track your package to make sure someone is at home on the day of delivery. The appearance of the food received may vary slightly from the photos due to the manufacturing process (handmade in small batches), storage temperature (best appearance when refrigerated/frozen) and ingredients (sourced from several suppliers).

USPS is once again having delays within the US due to shortages of workers, COVID shutdowns, and weather-related delays.

Local Delivery 

There is a $8 delivery fee.

 All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. We will send you an ETA (2 hr window) via text that morning. We will call or text you when they're heading to your address next.

Domestic Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Something KETO is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Something KETO​ is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
