Shipping

We process and ship all orders on a first-come, first-served basis, except for customers who choose the rush order upgrade( you can add this to your your cart from the ADD ON menu). We send out orders on Mondays to Wednesday only. Cut off for shipping orders is Friday night at midnight. If you place a shipping order on Saturday or Sunday, we will try to get it shipped as soon as possible but be aware that it could be pushed back to the following week depending on order volume. Note that this could result in an 8- or 9-day processing time in some situations.

Pickup | local delivery 

If you place your pickup order by 8:00 PM on Sunday, you can collect it on the following Friday. In the event that we are fully booked, your order will be ready for the next available date. You can find this information here or on the homepage.

Pickup is only on Tuesday and Friday. If you need your order any other day please place your order for local delivery.
